My point is that women's bodies are extremely intuitive and if you get pregnant from someone who your body isn't naturally attracted to, you might think about that baby in a different way.

Ok I'm starting to understand...the "some" is mother's who don't love their babies because the birth control affected their taste in men (which I was confused about). But what I don't understand is how they got pregnant with men they would not normally like if they are on birth control.
You get off birth control to get pregnant.
You were on birth control when you dated and married and decided to have a baby with this person.
That's too much inertia to decide not to get pregnant with that person for many people
