Call me a Communist, or a Socialist but I think Zoning laws should be reformed or abolished to enable housing to be built.

I don’t care about property owner profits, I care about ensuring everyone has a place of refuge that they can sleep in at night.

Stopping the homeless crisis is more important than the hundreds to thousands to millions of dollars made from keeping America in a perpetual renter state.

Do we really need huge office buildings

Office buildings aren’t the issue since we can build dense housing, however underutilized office spaces in places like New York has become problematic in more recent years since many businesses have left, or gone under, & nothing has replaced them.

New York is a very hostile place to business.
