Testnet4 is the successor to testnet3 (just -testnet in Bitcoin Core).

"Your Twitter account does not allow you to access the faucet".
I might assume it's because the account it's just created a few mins ago? Anyway, that would be weird. I will try again tomorrow. Or am I doing something wrong?
