Time for the daily #FrogWalk note 👏

9,000 steps done for the day, which is like 3-4x more than I regularly do.

How do I feel:

• Mentally: fulfilled, relaxed and much happier 😊

• Physically: The muscles feel a bit tight, need to add some stretching to my routine. Otherwise just enjoying the good and satisfied tiredness 🔥

I can’t wait to walk more and more, so many awesome places yet to discover and so much more to learn about myself. ❤️

Take a leap and go for a walk

Try lifting weights or doing resistance exercises. It will help tremendously with your stamina. Building muscle is proof of work💪🏻
