does the mixture harden in the cold?
my cabin has poor climate controls 😂 and previous coconut oil based toothpastes I've made are pretty hard in the winter.
Its an advantage to all those stabilizers and shit they put in the store bought stuff.
I keep mine in a bathroom drawer, and it never hardens. I use virgin, cold processed coconut oil.
