I've thought about getting dessicated liver capsules.
Make your own. I have my own food dehydrator, but you can use an ordinary oven, especially if you have a fan assisted oven.
Most recipes seem to be aimed at dogs, but the same method applies.
I don't want to even handle liver...
And dessicated/powdered is not the same as dried. I don't have anything to powder it.
Oh dear. My wife has this issue, where she really dislikes handling raw meat.
A coffee grinder will do the powderfication.
