Nostr Web Client

Was going to find a spot on nostr to turn an rss feed (below) into a nostr account, but nothing seems to come up. I'd rather have a web-clipping feature internally, but nobody seems to think that's a thing. So I was hoping for a workaround. Four strikes and I'm out.
