Whey separated from yogurt or kefir can be used with egg and olive oil to make a fermented mayo. It’s delicious.

So much better than any store bought processed crap

I have so much whey right now

Just sent it. Wife makes it in the Blendtec. You have to pour the oil in really slow because mayo is an emulsion.

I don’t seem to have a dm from you, checked both panes.
