I found out in my early 30s that drinking it after noon affected my sleep. I also found out how crazy a lack of sleep makes you.

No more than 2 coffees in the morning for me, always black.

I've got a buddy that like you & will drink it will into the evening with no issues.

I used to drink coffee late while working shitty jobs through uni & didn't have problems sleeping.

Something flipped in my late 20's I reckon.
