The “culture” in India is one of blind obedience to authority with very harsh repercussions if you disobey. They literally aren’t allowed to think for themselves. I’ve worked with so many Indians and maybe 1% of them are capable of independent thought like an American.
THATS why they want to hire them. They’ll work a 996 schedule and will never complain about it to their boss (but they will to their American colleagues).
