If I look at my own profile, I see my own notes going back 8 hours, but after that it skips to one month!
Any idea what is going on? See the same for some other profiles too.

Its not exactly a flaw. If some relays you’re connected to have older data and not newer data, it will get returned in the limit filter and show up at the bottom.
This happens to me with my private relay sometimes.
Basic user experience wise for a pleb it is, especially if they are coming from a Twitter-like environment.

for a normie, there’s no difference. these are the examples that become the breaking points for users whether they stay or leave.

That or a “Load more” button at a certain point after scrolling down
