What’s the reason for this
You ever on the computer and an alert for a random app pops up and says “time to update me!”
You don’t have a way to verify this is truly from the app or if it’s malware. The way to verify is to go into the app that raised the alert and “check for updates” in the app.
good thing on #grapheneos the app install compilation happens in a vm, so the threat of install is somewhat minimal.
