It's not about the cut. It's about the seasoning..

Seasoning looks amazing, but the cut is everything, my friend.
Is that beef shank? Saw a video the other day of some guy who put a few of those in a smoker, then braised them until they were pull-apart tender. Looked insane. Now that it’s warm out I’m going to pick some up the next time I see them.
Nothing wrong a good cut either! That looks dang tasty
