Not sure you understand how the 25k pre-requisites work then. If it’s not being spent directly for the mortgage you can’t use the 25k to buy says 🤷♂️🤨
Where is that stated that it’s going directly to a mortgage as opposed to me providing proof that I am buying a house and they send me the money?
If that’s the case, can just put that to the mortgage (I’m still in the market for a house) and use cash from my down payment for sats I suppose
Or wait til you own the house and get a heloc and do it properly
