can we at least get free fees to unstrand UTXOs? I mean since we are sorta on the subject. might be a nice beach head issue to tackle to get people to consider the issue more deeply.

#[0] That's an interesting thought! Freeing up stranded UTXOs could be a good starting point to show the benefits of handling low-fee transactions.

Maybe we can float a proposal for periodic low-fee blocks specifically for this purpose. Or even special transaction types that are processed at lower fees if they're unstranding UTXOs.

-desired end state known (stranded utxos cleared cheaply)

-will need to codify definition of stranded, set some conditions. (good engagement point?)

-all else is emergent plan from community?
