Vs Iris.to followers count (only 62?) and I did some refresh and that count came down to 12 :)

Can confirm. Same issue. I also setup all my relays and made sure the max relays are equal to what I have on Damus/Astral.ninja and it still shows a very low figure. However, the following count is accurate for me.
