will it poses an interesting problem if me speaking in a rando thread is causing you a problem, i guess you can block me? but i was wondering what would be a better solution? block a thread? we do need better curation tools

I mean, this is why the nostr people should have paid at least some attention to the fediverse (pleroma, misskey, mastodon, etc.) before launching their platform. Since the ActivityPub people have been working on this "problem" for over a decade.

oh we have been thru this before, #[4] took to manually blocking ips on his relay, the tools have improved since then but still need lots more work

I mean, you guys will figure it out. ActivityPub has features like MRF policies that blocking or hiding posts that exceed a certain number of mentions, length limits, etc.
