Absolutely. Those are all required to achieve Dimon's position, but not only his. All of the Corporatist State top positions demand the same psychopathic profile. Banksters, top elected officials and top unelected bureaucrats are just the most visible and conspicuous.

When you have a system where Government and Private Sector are fused and working together under an overarching ideological goal involving global policies, the resulting regime is necessarily antihuman and antiliberal.

When it's the ideologically antiquated remnants of communism (North Korea) or a more overt form of ultranationalistic nazi-style authoritarian regime (Russia, China, Iran), we easily identify it for what it is - fascism, that is Corporatism.

But the Atlantic block works exactly the same, with some institutional differences like a formal electoral process, just because it's convenient.
