Yep good insight. I saw an IG video earlier of a regular person spotting the person on the roof then loudly telling the officers at the event to go check it out. It reminds me of the Rules for Rulers breakdown based on this book. Coups and assassinations happen when the enforcement arm of society let it happens. I am of the opinion that if people are talking about this then they are not talking about tangible things to sustainably push a country forward.
