I bought the F Dick boning knife about 15 years ago. Very similar design & I still love it.

I just wanted to be able to say - look at my semi stiff F Dick boner.

If you run these quality stamped knives over a steel regularly, they'll stay razor sharp forever.

100% on sharpening, my knives like this never ever see a stone and they will all slice like a scalpel.
