He's pumped about the idea of getting more local businesses using Lightning payments.

What's the easiest lightning PoS set up for local, brick & mortar type businesses these days?

Tell me more! Separate hardware device or phone based? And how are you thinking about nodes/channels. Fully managed?

Web-based, although there is a cool little hardware device you can get for about €20.

Custodial lightning, but we'll be pushing for self custody through automated sweeps on-chain or real-time forwards to a non-custodial lightning address.

We manage our own node and liquidity.

No fiat off-ramp. Hiping to encourage P-2-P trading with local plebs if merchants need fiat for some reason.

I'll put a blog post together to explain more, but that's basically it.
