Win10 is very slow.

Every click freezes for a few minutes.

Then the screen refreshes for a minute or so, then freezes again when I click again.

There are only about 5 apps on startup. Memory usage is about 68%. Occasionally the disk usage reaches 100%.

The main use is browsing, and there is plenty of space on the hard drive.

What should I do to solve this problem?
