Nice! I’m starting after lunch. Just water, coffee or tea with no sugars or sugar substitutes.

If you like to take supplements that’s ok too. As long as those supplements don’t have sugar added to them. If you feel tired or dizzy, add a bit of salt to your water to balance electrolytes
