most likely, yes it was pretty taxing, and it's only going to get worse, we are in a record solar maximum still that keeps going up, apparently (it's the earth's shield going down, in fact)

I really want to know what you find.

A friend has accidentally done A-B-A testing when her mat got unplugged without her knowing it and she had a pretty bad night's sleep. Then it got way better after she plugged it back in.
