Yo idk if you know this but the viscosity of flax seed oil is crazy... its like water

All this talk about seed oils are bad idk man this flax seed oil is somthing else. Im not saying to cook with it. But for hair skin and nails this stuff heels good 👍 by good I mean it feels amazing
