Yeah, same in Croatia as far as I understood it. If you stay below the usual 1000-ish EUR KYC treshold you're good. In Spain though, even small amounts will require a phone number, which is absolute bullshit.
So far in my place it doesn't require a phone numbe either. Limit is 1000 € per transaction.
But you can repeat it as many times as you want... 😉

Sweet! AFAIK Spanish BTC ATMs should accept ANY phone number. Not sure how that would work though since you can't select Spain, or the ATM service.
