It took over half an hour of trying to contact support, repeatedly changing my account PIN, chatting with support, and getting transferred to tier 2 support, just to find out that the reason why I couldn't activate this phone is because it arrived a day early and it's not scheduled for activation until tomorrow. Fucking Verizon.
