I keep hearing the same question people try to understand.

“How many bitcoin do I need to retire?”

Podcasts, YouTube, articles, threats filled with predictions and forecasts.

It is my personal belief that there is no such thing as „enough bitcoin.“

This isn’t a game you win and stop playing.

It’s a life philosophy.

You don’t quit. You adopt. You adjust. You evolve.

Forever.

I’ve been watching the fiat price tag of the orange beast since 2017. I’ve seen all the charts, all the predictions. And let me tell you what I’ve learned along the way.

Nobody has a fucking clue!

About the future. About the price. About what’s coming.

So I believe there’s no number that sets you free.

You are free when you live the Bitcoin standard.

You stack forever.

You live with low time preference forever.

You focus on sovereignty, not retirement.

Because when you truly live Bitcoin…

There’s nothing to retire from.

Powerfully stated – and absolutely true. Bitcoin isn’t an exit plan, it’s a lifestyle. Those who truly understand what it’s about don’t ask for a “retirement number” – they’re already living in freedom today.

Nicely said, totally agree.

Bitcoin is a tool (maybe the best since civilization started). You can use it to free yourself but the actual shift takes place earlier within.

Retirement is such a 20th century concept. More of a Boomer concept (full disclosure, I was born at the end of the Boomer era, but don't consider myself one).

Changing your focus from a career/job to something more low-key as you reach whatever age is appropriate and significant for you, that's "retirement", to me.
