So far barbecue has been my best bet.. I found one southern Asian fusion restaurant was great. And there was an Italian restaurant in Ohio that had a really good homemade gnocchi (and good wine). Also, really hard to go wrong with steak. There's a bar in Oklahoma that does surprisingly good steak.
