After a company clears a product for production they should replace every replacement part they are going to offer with just your average Joe's tools. Sometimes companies just don't think that through. 🤦♂️

You’re right but I think maybe the evil designers do think it through and check that Joe can’t do anything without a service tech. They hope he will just replace it with a new model.
