It's a fiat QR. Someone else pays fiat for you, and receive the sats you paid. Essentially it's a BTC/fiat/"goods or services" 3-party trade.

Yes, I understand that. I am asking about it being static, bcs it seems to me that they have it printed on a paper. Which seems strange, because then multiple customers will be paying to the same fiat qr address.
and customer would have to enter amount manually. Well, it does not matter I suppose. I am happy that it exists 😄.
