Possibly in next nostr nest being built as it's being made with more of nostr in mind vs a pubkey association.

We do need to be thinking of ways to indicate temporary presence from an opt in standpoint for streams, gaming, etc for those that want to relay to others "im actively doing this thing if you want to spectate or join me!" And then sure, clients could watch for those events and create indicators as appropriate
