If you are in Europe Bisq is great also for bigger amounts (i think 1 btc a day wouldn't be a problem). But not the cheapest possible way (maybe around 1-2% premium), kraken also has an otc desk, don't use coinbase they are really bad

I agree they suck when in comes to delaying transactions. What issues have you had with them out of curiosity?
They are enemies of Bitcoin, they supported BCH, they gave away the identitiy of jstarck which resulted in his death, push millions of people away from Bitcoin to shitcoins to rugpull them, they still haven't implemented Lightning yet, they have relatively high fees
