Ha you’re too kind, it’s almost a pancake. I had ChatGPT help me troubleshoot and got a better one second time! I should have my mom send a photo of my first knitted hat…it was so horrible she saved it to laugh at 😂 and as a good reminder that everyone starts somewhere. 🙂
If your first loaf is loaf like, it's a win. I tend to rush it, so I've had some frisbees 😂😂. I'm working on getting back to making a weekly loaf like when I started. It was easier to intuit when go time was and I had some beautiful loaves.
I also have projects that will never see the light of day...
