Dude sells 640 BTC for $5,807.53 each in 2017, nets $4 million fully doxxed in his Coinbase account, underreports his capital gains tax and thinks he'll get away with it.

If you want to use their payment rails and medium of exchange you gotta pay the toll, don't know why he couldn't just pay the outstanding taxes not like he is short on sats
