Most of my posts come from more-speech. Bathroom posts come from Damus.

There are many features missing from more-speech that I am preparing to add once I get the database in place.

My vision for more-speech is as a whole-of-nostr tool, as opposed to a follow-my-friends tool. I want to see everything on as many relays as possible. That strategy worked just fine when our bandwidth was small. Now, however, the startup and shutdown speeds of more-speech are nearly intolerable because I write all the accumluated data to flat files on shutdown and read them in again at startup.

Oddly enough it is the contact lists and profiles that take the longest to load and store. We've accumulated a _lot_ of them. 75M of contacts and 30M of profiles.

Once the DB is in place, the startup and shutdown speeds should vastly improve.
