1. Elon has done a great job since he took office, firing the top management team immediately, laying off for cost saving.

2. Jack Dorsey made huge mistakes in the top management arrangement, especially the legal team, who were supposedly to better deal with governmental and regulatory issues.

3. Jack Dorsey does need to learn from his mistakes.
