Plus maps and drive. The rest is microsoft. Which I also dont like.
Basically, my stance on it is:

Open street map
Bitcoin
Firefox or brave or tor
Protonmail or tutanota
Nostr
Signal or threema or briar
*telegram
*not really opensource
Noice... Will check them out.. I may not be able to do much about the work apps though :)

Suggestion: leave the work that youre doing now and go work in a setting where they let you use those things ;)
