your specific VPN has trouble loading that website, most likely has it blocked for some reason. it's not the other way around. 😉
I’ve heard this from multiple people but maybe we all use the same provider 🤷🏼♂️
it's possible. at one point google was yelling that void.cat had malware and wasn't able to be reached. chrome browsers had to click ignore and proceed anyway button. kieran got that fixed a few weeks back. other sites could still be blocking it.
