Within stillness there is a flow of cosmic intelligence.

The stillness is for the lower mind so that the higher mind could channel its wisdom.

stagnant water is not good either, water must have flow in order to sustain healthy living conditions.

I once read that the ocean is a field of water molecules,

the waves are not moving water!

But energy that moves through the existing field of water molecules...
