I've gained about 3 kg so far in this little experiment. It’s partially about building muscle and partially about the relation of food and light to your overall health. I'm not sure if I’m doing the dirty bulking part right. I’ve just been eating whatever I want without any restrictions on quality, quantity or timing. I’m actually pretty sick of it already and excited for the next phase which is hopefully coming soon!
