Nostr #wrapped is inaccurate. Im pretty sure I've sent more sats than I received, let alone just 74.
Might be because I altered what wallet address is associated with my account this year in a way where I send from a different wallet than I receive.

It doesn't really matter. Those numbers could be easily tuned up.
I.e., nobody stops you zapping other npubs controlled by yourself to increase the number.
That's why those numbers don't really say anything.
