Relays must be taking a beating. Getting really slow updates on here.

Damus. Just taking forever to update and pull new stuff.
Ahh ok. Yeah definitely relay related. Try reducing the number of your relays and if its global thats slow, reduce how many you’re reading from there. My Damus experience is absurdly fast.
