Why do we need Nostr?

Social media has become a key medium for the flow of information around the world. Unfortunately, our current social media systems do not work:

1. Use your attention to sell ads.

2. Use strange techniques to stay addicted (see point 1)

3.Decides what content to show you based on a secret algorithm that you cannot inspect or change

4. You have complete control over who can participate and who is censoring.

5. It is invaded by spam and bots.

¿Por qué necesitamos Nostr?

Las redes sociales se han convertido en un medio clave para el flujo de información en todo el mundo. Lamentablemente, nuestros sistemas actuales de redes sociales no funcionan:

1. Utiliza tu atención para vender anuncios.

2. Utiliza técnicas extrañas para mantenerte adicto (ver punto 1)

3. Decide qué contenido mostrarte según un algoritmo secreto que no puedes inspeccionar ni cambiar

4. Tiene control total sobre quién puede participar y quién está censurando.

5. Está invadido por spam y bots.
