Me either.......no shampoo since 2018. Had to reduce frequency over a two year period though. Bonus' shower requires cleaning less frequently and less plastic bottles to much about with.

I refuse to not wash my entire body, including hair, after each of my three weekly shifts in the emergency department. But even then I just use my soap. I'm considering water only for the other days since I don't usually get dirty

Yeah I get that. Not shampooing is not the same as not washing your hair though. I use a 50:50 ACV and water mix to degrease about monthly or as required. Even with regard to general household cleaning, hot water removes a lot without any chemicals.

Yeah, even the standard for some of the most heinous shit is warm water and soap. That's how we decon contaminated people and perform hand hygiene. You don't need a bunch of nonsense. Certain situations do require more intense chemicals, but not for most people in most situations. Like I can't hand wash equipment with soap and water in a modern ED. Bleach, chloroprep, etc have limited roles for things like healthcare. People should rarely be exposed to them in my opinion.
