The market still has not figured out that BTC has no long-term security budget. The market cares more about short term gains and can pivot later.
Sure — hold on to that copium.
If its not fungible its not working for you its working for someone else.
Bitcoin’s transparency is no accident — it's a foundational decision to guarantee monetary integrity, even if it means giving up default privacy. Make no mistake, Bitcoin was created to fight central banks and currency debasement, so easily verifiable supply is the key attribute.
Regarding fungibility, #Bolt12 introduces route blinding and reusable payment requests to Lightning, letting sender and receiver stay private from each other and the network, just like Monero’s default.
But unlike Monero, Bitcoin with Lightning plus Bolt12 enables this privacy and keeps transparent, auditable supply and economic history at the base layer, a best-of-both-worlds approach: robust privacy for users, auditability for the protocol.
