I have a couple of questions for any AnCaps out there. How does the justice system work in your theoretical society? How do you keep bad actors in check? How do you prevent a soft invasion of people who do not subscribe to AnCap theory out of your body politic, if one exists?

I love this idea in theory, but I'm dubious how it would work in practice.
