Stevia isn't fake sugar. It's a sweetener in a category of its own that's derived from a plant that doesn't spike blood sugar. There's also evidence that it actually helps your gut and microbiom.

I mean you can correct me if I'm wrong but that's where I'm at with stevia after over a decade of using it and keeping up to date on current research etc.

And it's processed white cane sugar that wrecks your gut 🤷
