I think this is how conscription during war works in any country when things get dicey. Or you think the US wouldn't do the same if some assumed alliance invaded and tried to annex Florida with clear ambitions to only expand from there?

There are such thing as a human rights! They don’t exist in Ukraine
Nobody likes conscription and as a libertarian I see it as some sort of slavery, too but that is what countries do in war time. And judges weigh personal rights against collective rights and give it a go.
