No...you gotta flash the OS from bios which that was a forst for me...but its really not that hard and start9 has an incredible telegram group chat they are always willing to help if you get in the weeds.

Check newegg for like 8 gb ram lenovo thinkcentre minis i think they are pretty cheap right now. 2 tb ssd would set you for a very long time...
